A customer adviser at insurer Legal & General is facing a disciplinary hearing after her colleagues discovered she had appeared on a lesbian porn website.
Michelle Batowski, who managed eight staff at the the insurer's head offices in Cardiff, will attend a disciplinary hearing next week after a colleague recognised her on a website.
Batowski, an award-winning employee, said she had nothing to be ashamed of.
"I have always given my all to the job which I think has been reflected in my awards," she told the People newspaper.
"I don't want to lose my job but at the same time I have a right to do other things outside work," she said.
Batowski said she got into modelling after suffering from stress and sent photos taken by her husband, Nikolai, to the website and a men's magazine
A spokesman for L&G said employees must obtain consent from their managers if they wish to undertake part-time work.
"Our contract stipulates they need to obtain consent from their manager. In this instance, the consent was neither requested nor granted," he said.
