Link Lambda Legal's investigators have found the smoking gun in the UPS vs same-sex couples insurance case: a document that clearly spells out UPS's idea of the difference between marriage and civil unions. The shipping company is using that distinction to prevent couples from acquiring insurance and other benefits that married hetero couples get automatically.
