Californians Oppose Gay Marriage Ban

The latest polls are showing that the "Say No to Prop 8" movement is gaining strength in prep for Tuesday's vote. Proposition 8, if passed, would eliminate same-sex marriage in California. It's been legal there since June 16th, 2008.
